Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Information We Process
- Wallet addresses and signatures used for authentication and ownership verification.
- Operational data required to provide tools (for example, metadata and activity logs).
- Technical usage metadata such as browser, device, and performance signals.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate token tooling, dashboard features, and wallet-management workflows.
- To protect accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and security.
- To analyze product usage and improve user experience.
3. Product Features Covered by This Policy
- Token creation, metadata management, burn/close/claim operations, and Solana dashboard utilities.
- Wallet management features including encrypted exports, tags, and session-based ownership verification.
- Listings, token pages, watchlists, and global navigation/filter preferences.
4. Storage and Security
We apply technical controls to protect stored data. Some workflows rely on encrypted user data and signed ownership proofs before decrypting protected wallet information.
5. Analytics and PostHog
TokensHive uses PostHog for product analytics to understand feature usage, navigation flows, and operational friction points. We configure PostHog with the EU ingestion endpoint and use it to capture event-level product interactions (for example, dashboard, filter, watchlist, and tooling actions) without intentionally storing wallet secret material.
6. Third-Party Services
TokensHive may integrate third-party infrastructure providers (for example, RPC providers, storage services, and analytics tooling). Their policies may apply to data processed through their services.
7. Advertising Partners
TokensHive displays advertising from partners including Google AdSense and Coinzilla. These partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, and page context to deliver, measure, and protect ads from fraud and abuse. Google may use this information to show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent choices, region, and Google settings.
You can learn how Google uses data from publisher sites at Google's partner sites policy and manage Google ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
8. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for operational, legal, and security purposes. Retention windows may vary by feature.
9. Your Choices
You can disconnect wallets, clear local browser storage, and stop using the platform at any time. Some features require stored data to function. You can also manage advertising and analytics consent through the banner shown on first visit or by clearing local browser storage to reset your choice.
10. Policy Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
